Conor Cahill – Senior Associate
Conor heads up the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and Employment Law Department.
He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, construction disputes, professional negligence cases, breach of contract cases, shareholder/partnership disputes, boundary/trespass disputes, landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential), judicial review and employment law (non-contentious and contentious).
Conor represents clients in the civil courts, Commissions of Inquiry, employment law fora and at alternative dispute resolutions such as mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
In addition, Conor deals with licensing law such as transfers of publican’s licences, restaurant licensing, hotel licensing, lottery licences and objections.
